All prices for our products at Annie and Snail Ltd are in pounds sterling and include VAT.
Our prices do not include delivery charges which are specified during the checkout process. All our customers will receive an invoice which will be sent to our customers via email.

We pride ourselves at Annie and Snail on providing our customers with accurate descriptions of our products. The images seen are the images taken by us at Annie and Snail. We are happy to answer any questions you may have on a product prior to purchasing.

At Annie and Snail we aim to keep our customers who have subscribed to our newsletter with exciting updates on products and offers. Our newsletter will be periodic and when we have something that we feel our customers would like to know.

We aim to respond to queries from our customers within 24 hours. This may sometimes take a little longer especially during peak periods.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if necessary. This may be due to insufficient stock. This is something which at Annie and Snail we do everything possible to avoid. On rare occasions where this might happen, our customers will be fully reimbursed.
